The vision of DI’MANS, Inc., a Memphis Award Program's 2012 Best of Memphis Award winner in the Community Organizations category, is to utilize the professional experience of its staff to become the hub for the fragmentation of unconnected agencies currently designed to address youth services. Preventing disconnected youth from entering the juvenile justice system is our goal; changing their mind set to acknowledge this fact is our chosen methodology.
